Strawberry shortcake isn't just for dessert—and these cinnamon rolls are proof. Made with just four ingredients, these gooey rolls are topped with fluffy whipped strawberry-flavored cream cheese icing and chopped fresh strawberries for a truly delicious twist on the classic treat that's perfect for breakfast, brunch or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (17.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Cinnamon Rolls with Strawberry & Cream flavored Icing (5 Count)
  • 2 oz (from 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped strawberries

Steps

    Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray.

    Separate dough into 5 rolls. Arrange rolls in pan, and bake as directed on package; cool 10 minutes.

    In medium bowl, mix icing and cream cheese with spoon or electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in whipped topping until well mixed.

    Top each roll with about 1/4 cup icing mixture and 1/4 cup strawberries.
