Ingredients

  • 6 slices white or white whole-grain bread, lightly toasted
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons butter or margarine, softened
  • 6 teaspoons cinnamon-sugar
  • 18 miniature semisweet chocolate chips, if desired

Steps

    Set oven control to broil. With 4-inch ghost-shaped cookie cutter, cut bread into ghost shapes. Spread softened butter on cutouts. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Broil with tops about 5 inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes or until topping is caramelized. Add miniature chocolate chips to each ghost for eyes and mouth.
