Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 3 plain bagels, split, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 round (8 oz) Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 bag (1 lb) frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry, thawed, patted dry with paper towels
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Step1Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.

Step2In large bowl, beat eggs and milk. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into baking dish. Cover; refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

Step3Heat oven to 350°F. Uncover dish; bake 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and center is set.
