Ingredients

  • 1 quart (4 cups) cider vinegar
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 6 strips orange peel
  • 6 strips dried apple
  • 24 to 30 raisins
  • 3 (10 to 12-oz.) decorative bottles

Steps

    Bring vinegar to a boil in small saucepan.

    Meanwhile, place 1 cinnamon stick, 2 strips orange peel, 2 strips dried apple and 8 to 10 raisins in each clean bottle.

    With funnel, pour hot vinegar into each bottle; cover tightly. Let stand at least 2 weeks before using.
