Wilted Spinach Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. prewashed fresh spinach, stems removed
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds or pine nuts
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Instructions

Step1Heat oil in nonstick Dutch oven over medium heat until hot. Add garlic; cook 1 minute.

Step2Add spinach and raisins; cook and stir about 1 minute or just until spinach is barely wilted. Remove from heat; stir in sunflower seeds, sugar and vinegar.
