Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (10-oz.) pkg. prewashed fresh spinach, stems removed
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds or pine nuts
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

Steps

    Heat oil in nonstick Dutch oven over medium heat until hot. Add garlic; cook 1 minute.

    Add spinach and raisins; cook and stir about 1 minute or just until spinach is barely wilted. Remove from heat; stir in sunflower seeds, sugar and vinegar.
