To drizzle baking chip icing, place melted white vanilla baking chips in small resealable food-storage plastic bag; seal bag. Cut small corner of bag. Stir in a teaspoon of oil to baking chip icing if mixture is too thick.
Store cookies tightly covered. Layer with parchment or waxed paper to prevent sticking.
