Ingredients

  • 8 (3-inch) squares of paper
  • 8 (5x2-inch) sheets of foil
  • Ribbon
  • 1 (8-oz.) container cream cheese with strawberries
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 8 unfrosted chocolate cupcakes (purchased or prepared with mix)
  • 4 fresh strawberries, halved

Steps

  • 1
To make truth-or-dare scrolls, write truth-or-dare message on each square of paper. Roll paper into scroll shape. Wrap each scroll in foil; squeeze 1 end to form point. Tie other end closed with several strands of colorful curly ribbon. Set aside.
  • 2
Beat cream cheese in large bowl until softened. Add powdered sugar and milk; beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. If desired, add 1 or 2 drops red food color; blend well.
  • 3
Spoon mixture into resealable freezer plastic bag; seal bag. Cut 1/2-inch hole in bottom corner of bag. Squeeze bag to pipe generous spirals of topping onto cupcakes. Press 1 strawberry half onto top of each cupcake. Insert pointed end of truth-or-dare scroll into top of each cupcake.
