- 1/4 cup sweet-and-sour sauce
- 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 slice (about 1 lb) center-cut smoked ham
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives, if desired

Step1In small bowl, mix sweet-and-sour sauce and juice concentrate; set aside.

Step2In 10- to 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook ham slice over medium heat 6 minutes, turning once.

Step3Spoon sauce mixture over ham. Cook 4 to 6 minutes longer, turning ham once or twice, until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with chives.
