For a speedy supper, embellish a frozen pasta-vegetable dish with sliced wieners, salsa and crisp tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 (1-lb.) pkg. creamy cheddar frozen vegetables with pasta
  • 3 hot dogs, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup salsa, if desired
  • Large tortilla chips

Steps

    In large skillet, combine frozen vegetables with pasta, hot dogs and water; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

    Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 3 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

    Spoon vegetables with pasta mixture onto serving platter; top with salsa. Arrange chips around edges.
