Speedy Asian Orange Roughy

- 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 lb. orange roughy fillets

Step1In 2-cup saucepan, combine stir-fry sauce, lemon peel, lemon juice and honey; mix well.

Step2Spray broiler pan with cooking spray. Place orange roughy fillets on pan. Brush each with stir-fry sauce mixture.

Step3Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 3 minutes. Turn fish; brush with stir-fry sauce mixture. Broil an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Bring any remaining stir-fry sauce mixture to a boil. Serve fish with warm mixture.
