Ingredients
- 3 cups refrigerated shredded pork
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 3 cups angel hair coleslaw mix (from 10-oz package)
- 2 medium green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 oz blue cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup)
- 12 mini burger buns, split
Instructions

Step1In large microwavable bowl, place pork and barbecue sauce; cover and microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Step2In medium bowl, stir together coleslaw, onions, dressing and blue cheese.

Step3Spoon about 1/4 cup pork mixture onto each bun bottom; top with coleslaw mixture. Replace bun tops.
