Ingredients

  • 3 cups refrigerated shredded pork
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 3 cups angel hair coleslaw mix (from 10-oz package)
  • 2 medium green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 oz blue cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup)
  • 12 mini burger buns, split

Steps

    In large microwavable bowl, place pork and barbecue sauce; cover and microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

    In medium bowl, stir together coleslaw, onions, dressing and blue cheese.
  • 3
    Spoon about 1/4 cup pork mixture onto each bun bottom; top with coleslaw mixture. Replace bun tops.

  • A savory slaw complements the sweetness of the barbecue sauce in these easy-to-make sandwiches.
