- 2 tablespoons sesame seed
- 1 lb. pre-cut chicken breast chunks, or 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3/4 cup purchased sweet and sour or barbecue sauce or 1/2 cup honey

Step1In large nonstick skillet over medium heat, toast sesame seed until golden brown, stirring often. Sprinkle toasted seed over chicken chunks.
