- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 7 to 8 medium baking potatoes, cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch cubes (6 cups)

Heat oven to 350°F. In ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish, combine parsley flakes, onion powder, salt and oil; blend well. Add potatoes; toss to coat well.
