Sautéed Sugar Snap Peas, Peppers and Onions

Ingredients
- 1 bag (12 oz) frozen sugar snap peas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 small white onion, cut in half, then cut into wedges
- 1 small red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
Instructions

Step1Cook peas in microwave as directed on bag; set aside.

Step2In 10-inch skillet, heat oil and garlic over medium-high heat. Stir in onion, bell pepper, salt and pepper. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in cooked peas. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until hot.

Step3Stir in marmalade until well mixed.
