    In blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover; blend at high speed until smooth. If desired, garnish each serving with dash of pumpkin pie spice.

Expert Tips

  • What can you do with a partial can of pumpkin? Scoop 1/2-cup mounds of the pumpkin onto a foil-lined cookie sheet and freeze until they are solid. Then pack the frozen pumpkin mounds into a resealable plastic freezer bag. Thaw just the amount you need for another pumpkin recipe.
