Refreshing cool pumpkin shake blended together with ice cream and milk ready in 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cream
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin (from 15-oz. can)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

    In blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover; blend at high speed until smooth. If desired, garnish each serving with dash of pumpkin pie spice.

    What can you do with a partial can of pumpkin? Scoop 1/2-cup mounds of the pumpkin onto a foil-lined cookie sheet and freeze until they are solid. Then pack the frozen pumpkin mounds into a resealable plastic freezer bag. Thaw just the amount you need for another pumpkin recipe.
