Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 2 tablespoons shelled sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 bagels, split, or 8 slices whole wheat bread

Steps

  • 1
    In small container, combine all ingredients except bagels; mix well. Spread mixture on 4 bagel halves or bread slices; top with remaining bagel halves or bread slices.
