Ingredients
Dressing
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup raspberry or white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
Salad
- 6 cups torn fresh spinach
- 3 cups torn leaf lettuce
- 3 cups torn iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

Step1In small bowl or jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. If desired, refrigerate until serving time.

Step2To serve, combine all salad ingredients in large salad bowl. Stir dressing; pour over salad. Toss gently to coat greens.
