Four ingredients and two steps is all that you need to make this all time favorite snack - peanut butter and strawberry topped rice cake.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3 fresh whole strawberries
  • 24 miniature rice cakes

Steps

    In small bowl, combine honey and peanut butter; blend until smooth. Cut each strawberry into 4 round slices.
  • 2
    Spread about 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter mixture on each rice cake. Top 12 of the rice cakes with 1 strawberry slice. Top each with remaining rice cake, peanut butter side down.
