This little brownie sandwich filled with peanut butter and cream cheese is a great portable dessert.

Ingredients

teaspoon fat-free cream cheese spread (from 8-oz container)
1
teaspoon reduced-fat peanut butter spread
1
Fiber One™ 90 calorie chocolate fudge brownie (from 5.34-oz box), cut in half
1
teaspoon semisweet chocolate chips

Steps

  • 1 In small bowl, blend cream cheese and peanut butter. Spread over bottom of 1 brownie half. Top with chocolate chips. Top with remaining half of brownie, bottom side down; gently press together. Serve immediately.

Expert Tips

If you are a true peanut butter lover, substitute peanut butter chips for the chocolate chips.
