- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 2 cups (6 oz.) small fresh mushrooms
- 1/3 cup sliced sweet onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon dry white wine
- 1 to 2 tablespoons grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Step1Melt margarine in small skillet over medium-high heat. Add all remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese; cook 5 to 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese.
