Turn leftover chicken into an Italian-style skillet supper. It's ready in 25 minutes!

Ingredients

1
tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
2
cloves garlic, finely chopped
2
cups marinara sauce
2
cups water
1
package (9 oz) refrigerated fettuccine
1
bag (12 oz) frozen cut green beans, thawed
2
cups cubed cooked chicken
1/2
cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic; cook about 30 seconds, stirring occasionally, until softened. Stir in marinara sauce and water. Cover; heat to boiling over medium heat.
  • 2 Add fettuccine and green beans; stir to separate fettuccine. Return to boiling; cover and boil 3 to 5 minutes or until beans are tender.
  • 3 Stir in chicken. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is heated.
