Orange Cilantro Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cups jicama cubes
- 2 large oranges, peeled, sectioned or chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup purchased sweet-and-sour sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 6 cups torn assorted salad greens
Instructions

Step1In large bowl, combine jicama, oranges, onion and cilantro; mix well. In small bowl, combine sweet-and-sour sauce and vinegar; mix until well blended. Pour over jicama mixture; mix lightly. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.

Step2Just before serving, add salad greens; toss gently. If desired, garnish with halved scored orange slices and cilantro sprigs.
