Mini Focaccia Rounds

Ingredients

can (11 oz) refrigerated original breadsticks

tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1
teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1
teaspoon dried basil leaves
1
teaspoon instant dried minced or chopped onion

    Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets with shortening. Remove dough from can. Separate into 8 coils. DO NOT UNROLL BREADSTICKS. Place coils on cookie sheets. Press each coil into 4-inch round. Drizzle with oil.

    In small bowl, mix cheese, rosemary, basil and onion; sprinkle over dough.

    Bake 8 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Expert Tips

  • Oh so good! These individual focaccias would taste great with any kind of soup, stew or pasta main dish. Substitute your favorite herbs if you'd like.
