- 4 cups (6 oz.) purchased Italian blend salad greens or torn romaine lettuce
- 1/2 small yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 small cucumber, sliced
- 1 small tomato, cut into wedges
- 2 thin slices red onion, separated into rings
- 3 oz. deli sliced cooked peppered roast beef, cut into strips
- 2 oz. sliced mozzarella cheese, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 6 tablespoons purchased fat-free Italian Parmesan or Italian salad dressing
