can (11 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated thin pizza crust
eggs, scrambled
slices bacon, crisply cooked
tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

    Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease or spray cookie sheet.
  • 2
    Unroll pizza crust on work surface. Cut into 8 rectangles. Place 1 inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake 5 minutes.

    Divide scrambled eggs among rectangles. Crumble 1 slice bacon on top of eggs on each. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon cheese.

    Bake about 15 minutes or until crust is light brown. Enjoy!

  • To save time, you can use precooked bacon crumbles, located in your grocery store’s salad dressing aisle.
  • You can also use crumbled sausage, or top with your choice of veggies.
