Ingredients
- 2 lb Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup half-and-half, warmed
- 4 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon stone-ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced, if desired

Step1In 2-quart saucepan, place potatoes and enough water to cover. Heat to boiling; boil uncovered 15 minutes or until tender. Drain; return to saucepan.
