Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup uncooked instant rice
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/4 cup uncooked bulgur
- 1/4 cup uncooked couscous
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 6 burger buns, split

Step1Heat grill. In medium bowl, combine cornmeal, rice, oats, bulgur and couscous. Stir in boiling water. Cover; let stand 5 minutes.

Step2Add cottage cheese, garlic powder, pepper and soy sauce; mix well. Shape into 6 patties, 1/2 inch thick. Spray both sides of each patty with nonstick cooking spray.

Step3When ready to grill, place patties on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 6 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning once. Serve in buns.
