can (12 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ refrigerated biscuits
tablespoons pizza sauce
slices small pepperoni
cups shredded cheese
fresh basil leaves, torn, if desired

    Heat gas or charcoal grill.

    Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Roll out each to about 6 inches in diameter.

    Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce on each dough round. Top each with 4 slices pepperoni and 1/2 cup cheese. Place pizzas on pizza stone or cookie sheet.

    Place pizza stone on grill over high heat. Cover grill; cook until cheese begins to bubble and crust is golden brown. Garnish with basil.

Expert Tips

  • Remember to use a light dusting of flour when rolling out the dough to prevent it from sticking to the work surface.
  • Don’t try to put too much cheese on the pizzas as the base will cook faster than the topping.
