Garlicky Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing, if desired
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices tomato, if desired

Step1In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except mayonnaise, buns and lettuce; mix well. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Place patties on broiler pan.

Step2Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 165°F.

Step3Spread mayonnaise on cut sides of buns. Place lettuce, turkey burgers and tomato on bottom halves of buns. Cover with top halves of buns.
