Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Crunchy Onions

Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon instant minced garlic
- 3 cups Hungry Jack® Mashed Potato Flakes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 (2.8-oz.) can french fried onions, crushed
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Step1Lightly grease shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole. In medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat. Add milk, salt and garlic; stir. Add potato flakes and sour cream; mix well.

Step2Spoon potatoes into greased casserole. Sprinkle with onions and cheese. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 30 to 60 seconds or until golden brown.
