This fun and refreshing mix of fruit adds a touch of the tropics to your morning breakfast. Pair with a fruity toaster pastry for the perfect start to your day!

Ingredients

  • 2 Toaster Strudel™ from 1 package (11.7 oz) frozen Pillsbury™ Raspberry Toaster Strudel™ (6 Count)*
  • 1/4 cup finely diced peeled mango
  • 1/4 cup finely diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled and finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon shredded sweetened coconut, if desired

Steps

  • 1
    Toast and squeeze icing on pastries as directed on package. Place each on small serving plate.
  • 2
    In small bowl, toss cut fruit. Serve alongside or on top of pastries. Sprinkle with coconut.

  • To save time, cut fruit ahead of time and have ready to go in the morning.
  • Serve salsa with a slotted spoon, to drain excess liquid before serving with your toaster strudel.
