    Heat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.

    Remove dough from can; do not unroll. Cut dough into 12 (1/2-inch) slices. Place on cookie sheet. In small bowl, stir together butter, cheese, walnuts and pepper. Spread about 1 1/2 teaspoons mixture on each dough round.

    Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes.

    In small bowl, mix preserves and thyme. Remove rounds from cookie sheet to serving plate; top each with about 1 teaspoon preserves mixture. Serve warm.
