Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fat-free Italian dressing
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/2 lb thinly sliced, cooked roast beef, cut into strips (2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1 small tomato, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 3 pita (pocket) breads (6 inch), cut in half to form pockets
  • 6 leaves lettuce

    In medium bowl, mix dressing and lime juice. Add roast beef, broccoli and tomato; toss to coat.

    To serve, line pita bread halves with lettuce. Fill each with about 1/2 cup beef mixture. If desired, drizzle with additional Italian dressing.
