Ingredients
- 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ Sugar Cookie Dough (24 Count)
- 1/8 to 1/4 cup chopped crystallized ginger
- 1/3 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F.

Step2On ungreased cookie sheets, place cookie dough rounds about 2 inches apart. Lightly press about 1/4 teaspoon chopped ginger on top of each cookie dough round.

Step3Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until golden brown around edges. Cool 2 minutes before removing to cooling rack.

Step4In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High in 20-second intervals until chips can be stirred smooth. Drizzle over cookies.
