- 2 pints (4 cups) purchased seafood salad (from deli)
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 honeydew melon, seeded, cut into slices
- 2 tablespoons chopped salted peanuts

Step1In medium bowl, combine seafood salad, raisins and curry powder; stir gently to mix.
