Crumb-Topped Green Beans and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb.) pkg. frozen cut green beans, thawed*
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup finely chopped shallots or onion
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, if desired
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper, if desired
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup fresh white bread crumbs**
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
Instructions

Step1In large nonstick skillet, combine green beans, mushrooms, shallots and water; cook over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and liquid evaporates. Stir in salt and pepper. Spoon into serving dish; cover to keep warm.

Step2In same skillet, melt margarine in oil. Add bread crumbs and basil; cook and stir over medium-high heat until light brown. Sprinkle over vegetables.
