Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup coarsely shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Steps

    In small bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce; mix well. Serve on shredded lettuce.
