Chocolate Chunk Pecan Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine or butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup All Purpose or Unbleached Flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 oz. semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch pan. In medium saucepan over low heat, melt margarine. Add sugar, vanilla and eggs; blend well.

Step22 Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Add flour, cocoa and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolate and pecans. Pour batter into greased pan.

Step3Bake at 350°F. for 30 to 40 minutes or until set. Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled. Cut into bars.
