Stir orange and cashew mixture into peas for a flavorful side dish!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen sugar snap peas
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel, if desired
  • 1/4 cup cashews

Steps

    Cook peas as directed on package. Drain.

    Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, cornstarch and salt; mix until well blended. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in orange peel and cashews.

    Place cooked peas in serving bowl. Pour orange-cashew mixture over peas; stir gently to mix.
