- 4 cups frozen sugar snap peas
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel, if desired
- 1/4 cup cashews

Step1Cook peas as directed on package. Drain.

Step2Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, cornstarch and salt; mix until well blended. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in orange peel and cashews.

Step3Place cooked peas in serving bowl. Pour orange-cashew mixture over peas; stir gently to mix.
