Creamy caramel-dipped marshmallows rolled in crunchy cocktail peanuts all packed into a delicious lollipop - a fun and easy candy treat to serve as a dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (14 oz) caramels, unwrapped
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 40 paper lollipop sticks
  • 40 large marshmallows
  • 2 1/2 cups cocktail peanuts, chopped

Steps

    In large microwavable bowl, microwave caramels, butter and condensed milk uncovered on High 3 minutes or until caramels can be stirred smooth.

    For each pop, insert 1 lollipop stick into 1 end of marshmallow. Spread caramel mixture onto marshmallow, using back of spoon to coat completely; roll marshmallow in peanuts. Place on waxed paper to harden, about 5 minutes.
