Caramel Peanut Marshmallow Pops

- 1 bag (14 oz) caramels, unwrapped
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 40 paper lollipop sticks
- 40 large marshmallows
- 2 1/2 cups cocktail peanuts, chopped
Instructions

Step1In large microwavable bowl, microwave caramels, butter and condensed milk uncovered on High 3 minutes or until caramels can be stirred smooth.

Step2For each pop, insert 1 lollipop stick into 1 end of marshmallow. Spread caramel mixture onto marshmallow, using back of spoon to coat completely; roll marshmallow in peanuts. Place on waxed paper to harden, about 5 minutes.
