Ingredients

  • 4 kaiser rolls, split
  • 4 (1-oz.) slices sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (6-oz.) pkg. sliced Canadian bacon
  • 3/4 cup purchased creamy coleslaw

Steps

  • 1
Top bottom half of each roll with 1 cheese slice, 2 or 3 slices Canadian bacon and 3 tablespoons coleslaw. Cover with top halves of rolls.

Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
Canadian bacon isn’t bacon at all, but smoked boneless pork loin which looks and tastes more like ham then bacon. Canadian bacon is fully cooked and leaner than bacon.
  • tip 2
For Canadian Bacon Pockets, substitute pita bread for the Kaiser rolls.
