Ingredients

  • 1 package (9 oz.) refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen broccoli florets (from 14-oz. bag)
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
  • 2/3 cup creamy Caesar salad dressing
  • 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce (from 10-oz. bag)
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps

    In 3-quart saucepan, bring 2 quarts (8 cups) water to a boil. Add tortellini and broccoli; cook as directed on tortellini package until tortellini are tender. Drain; return to saucepan.

    Add ham and salad dressing; stir gently to mix. Cook over medium-low heat just until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.

    Arrange lettuce on individual plates. Spoon tortellini mixture over lettuce. Sprinkle with cheese.
