  • 3 lb chicken wing drummettes, skinned
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Blue cheese dressing, if desired
  • Carrot and celery sticks, if desired

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 450°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.
  • 2
Place chicken in pan; sprinkle with pepper. Lightly spray chicken with cooking spray. Bake uncovered 7 minutes or until lightly browned.
