Bread Machine Pistachio-Olive Bread

Ingredients

cups water

tablespoons olive oil

tablespoons honey

cups bread flour

cup quick-cooking rolled oats

tablespoon instant nonfat dry milk

teaspoons salt

teaspoons bread machine dry yeast or active dry yeast

1/2

cup chopped shelled pistachios

1/4

cup sliced ripe olives

Use bread machine that produces 1 1/2-lb. or larger loaf. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Measure remaining ingredients carefully. Follow manufacturer's directions for placing ingredients in bread machine.

Select basic/white cycle. Follow manufacturer's directions for starting machine.
