- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon instant nonfat dry milk
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons bread machine dry yeast or active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup chopped shelled pistachios
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
