This salsa- and corn-spiked entree makes a tasty addition to your repertoire of quick ground-beef recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
  • 4 oz. (2 cups) uncooked medium egg noodles
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Old El Paso™ Salsa
  • 2 (8-oz.) cans no-salt-added tomato sauce

    Brown ground beef in large skillet until thoroughly cooked. Drain.

    Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until noodles are of desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
