Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 cups shredded oven-roasted chicken
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley, if desired

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 400°F. Place silicone baking mat on cookie sheet with sides.
  • 2
On baking mat, unroll dough into 1 large rectangle; press perforations and edges to seal. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
  • 3
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, place chicken and barbecue sauce. Using 2 forks, toss until chicken is coated with sauce.
  • 4
Spoon and spread chicken mixture evenly over partially baked crust. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • 5
Bake about 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cut pizza into 8 squares. Sprinkle with parsley.

  • If you don’t have a silicone baking mat, spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • For appetizer portions, cut pizza into 16 smaller squares.
