Bacon Mayonnaise

Ingredients

cup mayonnaise

teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/3

cup cooked bacon pieces (about 5 slices)

teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, mustard, bacon pieces and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Replace regular mayonnaise with bacon mayonnaise on sandwiches, wraps and burgers.
Add a little spice with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
