Ingredients

Breakfast Sandwich

  • 1 can (16.3 ounce) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle Original Biscuits
  • 6 fried eggs with cheese of choice
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, cut in half crosswise

Doughnuts

  • 1 can (16.3 ounce) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers Original Biscuits
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Install a crisper plate in both baskets.
  2. Remove the breakfast sandwich biscuits from the can, separate them, and then place 2 biscuits in the Zone 1 basket. Place the basket in the unit.
  3. Remove the doughnut biscuits from the can, separate them, and place them on a cutting board. Use a 1-inch round cookie cutter (or a similarly sized bottle cap) to cut holes out of the center of each biscuit. Dip both sides of 2 doughnuts in melted butter, then place in the Zone 2 basket. Place the basket in the unit.
  4. Select Zone 1, select AIR FRY, set temperature to 330°F, and set time to 10 minutes. Next, select Zone 2, select AIR FRY, set temperature to 300°F, and set time to 6 minutes. Select SMART FINISH. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking.
  5. When 5 minutes remain on Zone 1, remove basket and flip biscuits. Reinsert basket to continue cooking.
  6. When 3 minutes remain on Zone 2, remove basket and flip doughnuts. Reinsert basket to continue cooking.
  7. While the doughnuts are cooking, prepare the icing. In a large bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
  8. When cooking is complete, remove the biscuits from Zone 1 and cut in half. Top with fried eggs and bacon. Remove the doughnuts from Zone 2 and dip into the prepared icing.
  9. Repeat steps 2 through 7 until all biscuits have been used.
