Made these and kids could not wait till they were cool enough to eat. Not sure how they taste the second day. Next time I'll try with apple juice and wait the next day. Overall these are good give 5+ stars.

Save some fat with these by substituting some fruit juice in place of the butter. Lightly brush bisquits with a fruit juice of choice and roll in cinnamon sugar and place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Apple juice works well with flavor combinations.

My kids LOVED these! It is not easy to get them to eat breakfast but with these there was no problem. I will make these again and again!

Very quick & easy to make. I actually had an 8oz bottle of cinnamon sugar which was exactly how much was called for. They had a good taste, but don't expect them to taste like doughnuts from a donut shop. They were actually better the 2nd day....microwave them for 12-15 seconds & put a little butter between layers & they pretty much melt in your mouth.

If you don't want the donuts to stick to the pan, try using parchment paper.
