Ingredients

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is no longer pink; drain.
  • 2
Stir in soup and salt; heat to simmering over medium heat. Simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese. Pour into baking dish.
  • 3
Separate dough into 5 biscuits; cut each in sixths. Arrange in single layer over beef mixture; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  • 4
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are deep golden brown and biscuits in center of dish are cooked through on bottom. Let stand 5 minutes.
